·         Program managed large-scale project that migrated 40+ LTE network tools into one vendor hosted database, (Siterra +) including: scheduling, budget management, reporting and vendor/resource management.

·         Managed the transition of DCAFT LTE reporting tool from the southern region to Network Support Systems to include development of project charter, documentation of current DCAFT processes for enhancement requests/supported requests and creation of new processes for requests.

·         Managed E911 Phase I and Phase II deployments and Public Safety Access Point integration for the Western and Northeastern regions.

·         Collaborated with teams in RF Engineering and Transport Engineering to confirm cell data and trunks were ordered timely.

·         Drove weekly meetings with vendors and team members to confirm schedule compliance and goal. Supervised vendor teams and drive tester teams to ensure MPC and ALI databases were loaded properly and call routing verification was completed by PSAP.

·         Provided technical assistance and troubleshooting during deployment to streamline testing and make certain that FCC deadlines were either on time or early.

       Transport Engineer

·         Verified and built new transport records in database. Designed and provisioned 3G ckts through AMU equipment and documented E911 PSAP ckts as required for E911 network.

·         Provided ED path to switch for wiring through AMU equipment. Supervised outside vendors and coordinated installation and testing with vendors, LECs, and switch for all TDMA and GSM ckts.

·         Performed an audit of transport engineering database (a Granite systems OSS), transport engineering records, and reconciled transport engineering database with LEC billing/inventory record sets to ensure data integrity.

·         Maintained transport engineering database records, achieving a 97% accuracy rate for 2003. Placed and monitored T3, T1, and PSTN move and disconnect orders to decommission legacy switching equipment/network as defined as surplus by the planning group.

·         Established new trunk groups per the transport engineering and LEC reports. Issued and monitored LEC orders. Helped maintain transport engineering database records. Verified and built new transport records on database and made DACS cross connect and switch DS1 assignments.
